Experienced Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer and Field Sales in a territory & showroom,  Initially within the Motor industry on Prestige brands for Commercial & Passenger sectors.

I decided to push my skills and challenged myself to apply transferable skills to the Bathroom industry in 2015, starting as a Technical Sales Engineer on the tools trouble shooting property development sites, setting up national trade shows, training installers either on sites or colleges. I then progressed to Field Sales.

Relatively recently I joined Utopia Furniture in 2024 as a Business Development Manager looking after a territory from London North, East Anglia inc. Essex, Suffolk Norfolk, Beds, Herts & Northants. Again using my experience in Technical & Field Sales to look after and help develop the Retail & Merchant Channels. This is sometimes a challenging role I really enjoy and haven’t looked back.

With over five years of experience in the bathroom industry, I am an Area Sales Manager for Bathroom Brands Group, working closely with merchants, retailers, and industry professionals to drive business growth and deliver market-leading bathroom solutions.

I began my career in the industry with Crosswater, where I spent four years in the Projects team, developing a strong understanding of specification, project management, and customer relationships. After taking a six-year break to build experience in the property and recruitment sectors, I returned to the bathroom industry with a broader commercial perspective and a renewed passion for the sector.

My career has been shaped by a focus on building lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities for growth. Combining industry expertise with experience gained across multiple sectors, I bring practical insights, a customer-first approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and supporting others in the industry.

I’m the Regional Sales Manager at Blanco UK, a role I’ve been proud to hold for the past three years. With over 10 years of experience in the kitchen industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, helping them find the right solutions while building strong, lasting relationships.

I enjoy working closely with retailers, designers, and industry professionals, combining practical knowledge with a collaborative approach to support business growth and deliver great customer experiences. I’m passionate about the kitchen industry and the innovation that continues to shape it, and I always value the opportunity to connect with others, share ideas, and learn from fellow professionals.

Chris Beale leads House of Harmony with a perfect blend of heritage and innovation. As Managing Director, he upholds the values of a business that has been a cornerstone of Bury St Edmunds since 1981. Since taking the helm in 2012, Chris has breathed fresh energy into the company’s 40 year legacy, most recently overseeing the complete renovation of our stunning 4,500 square foot Design Centre.

Russ brings over a decade of experience to House of Harmony, backed by his qualifications as a plumbing and heating engineer. He originally joined the company as a fitter, and through consistent skill, leadership, and dedication, he has progressed to the role of Project Manager, where he now leads a team of tradespeople to deliver high‑quality projects.

Alongside his professional background, Russ has personally built two houses and completed several full home refurbishments, giving him hands‑on insight into the broader world of construction. His practical experience in building works, kitchen installations, and bathroom fitting strengthens his ability to oversee projects with precision, problem‑solve effectively, and support clients throughout the process.

Ed has been a valued member of House of Harmony for over four years. As a fully qualified Carpenter and Joiner with more than a decade of experience, he brings extensive knowledge of house renovations and new‑build developments. His skill, precision, and reliability make him an exceptional kitchen fitter and a huge asset to our team.
