Our 25 year old, north facing kitchen was in need of refurbishment. We consulted four different kitchen companies and House of Harmony won the contract as they had great ideas and could project manage the whole process.

Rachael understood the brief and delivered a plan that was both flexible and creative.

At the design meeting her ideas with portrayed clearly and discussed in great detail. She had researched appliances and devised bespoke bin solutions.

She was patient while we deliberated on the merits of gas versus induction hobs, colours , handles etc and we had a lot of fun in the process.

The installation went according to plan and the group of tradesmen used, could not have been more professional, polite and friendly.

The implementation was well coordinated and we were kept informed at all times.

The few snags were rectified promptly and without challenge.

We are thrilled with the high quality end result, the kitchen has been transformed and gives us great pleasure every day.

Your fitter Ed arrived just after 8 this morning,. He was very efficient of course and also very polite and helpful. He was also impressed by the shark-nose quartz worktops that you installed.

We would like to thank you for the wonderful kitchen you and your team have created for us. From the start we felt confident that you were interested in achieving the result we wanted and you were always happy to review and change things to see what is best suited to us. This gave us time to consider what we wanted properly without feeling rushed into anything. We love the schuller units, the quality is evident.

Through the course of the installation I think we met all your team and contractors at some point. They were all without exception courteous and kind. It is always difficult having strangers working in your home, but they made very little disruption and I can honestly say I found it all enjoyable. At each stage they explained what was going on, what to expect, how long it would take etc, which was so helpful at times when the electricity or water had to go off. Mark was meticulous with his work and tidying up and consulting us on different aspects. The electrician went the extra mile to show me different lighting options to make sure I was happy with the end result and he resolved any issues. They all worked so well as a team too, helping each other along. They overcame any obstacles and reassured us, even with Julian coming afterwards to solve the final puzzle of the unusual kick plate on the dishwasher.

In addition to the contractors that did the plastering they did a very smooth finish. The silestone worktop is fabulous and Dan took a lot of time ensuring the dimensions on the template were correct, resulting in the perfect finish when they came to fit it. Dave from Carpetstore was excellent too, he fitted the flooring as if it were in his own home, neat, tidy and making sure the look was what we wanted.

It is hard to coordinate so many people in such a short space of time, where they all interact, and know where they fit in with each other, but you achieved that, so well done and thank to you all.

I must make a special mention of Julie, she took an interest and listened sympathetically when I would pop into look at colours and worktops, and she has since followed up any outstanding issues promptly to get them resolved promptly.

Just a small thank you for making my dream kitchen possible. It is all I hoped for and wanted – even more. We appreciate all your care and attention and also the excellent workmanship carried out by the team.

We would just like to thank you for the service provided in supplying and fitting our kitchen with which we are extremely pleased.

From start to finish the service provided was outstanding. We were most impressed by the competitive quotation. After accepting the original quotation several months before fitting – we changed our minds several times with regards to certain fixtures and fittings, but nothing was too much trouble.

We were anxious on the day of fitting, not knowing what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised to find all the fitters involved courteous, tidy and extremely efficient. The old kitchen was disposed of with walls and ceiling plastered, electrics and the new kitchen fitted within a week (a special thanks to Melvin who worked very hard to get everything just right for us). During fitting some small changes arose and were swiftly incorporated with no fuss. The electrician made some recommendations with regards to changing the lighting we had chosen and we were very pleased we took up his advice.

Family, friends and visitors have been very complimentary – our kitchen as supplied by House of Harmony definitely has the wow factor.

We were delighted with your professionalism and quality of work throughout the fortnight, especially when there were unexpected difficulties. We are thrilled with the final result and will recommend you to our friends and colleagues.

Choosing a kitchen is one of the most exciting and nerve wrecking decisions I have had to make in our home. There is such a wide choice and it is so difficult to imagine what something that is in a showroom, will look in your space. Harmony kitchens were really helpful through all stages. Chris measured, made suggestions about what was available (things had certainly changed since my last kitchen was installed!) I looked at the whole range and made a choice. Many sleepless nights of indecision, and texts and phone calls to Chris, and project manager Julie followed. At all times my questions were answered and advice given. The next stage of fitting was done professionally and in discussion with the very experienced fitters who were also able to advise on some practical issues. Any queries since have been dealt with quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Harmony as a company that offers a personal touch that is second to non.
