Our showroom is situated in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds on the eastern side, just off the A14 junction 44.
House of Harmony have been established since 1981 boasting over 4,500 square feet over two floors. You will receive a very warm welcome when visiting the showroom. Wander around our extensive showroom, viewing our vast assortment of display sets from an array of exclusive suppliers, enabling you to experience the quality of our products first hand. We have over 11 kitchen display settings showcasing our Schüller and Next 125 kitchens in many different colours and door styles. We have over 40 bathroom display settings to help you envisage your new bathroom. Our showroom staff members are always to hand to help you with any questions you may have.
There is plenty of FREE parking for you right outside the showroom.

We offer a FREE home design visit to discuss your new kitchen or bathroom plans. You can make an appointment for a free home design visit by clicking on the button BOOK NOW on our website, in person or over the or by email.
We will visit you at home and discuss with you your wish lists and requirements for your new kitchen or bathroom. Our designers can give ideas of the possibilities for the transformation of your space. We will measure and assess the areas which usually takes up to an hour.
If building works are needed, we are able to incorporate these into your project.
Typical works but not limited to: the removal and erection of internal walls, blocking up and making new doorways, fitting new external doors and windows. We will arrange for our structural engineer to visit and design any necessary steel beams and submit for any building regulations that are required.
If you are looking for a full installation from start to finish, fully project managed, we will provide this.
From the initial Home Design Visit through to the final completion of works, we are with you all the way.
We will project manage all aspects of the installation making us a one stop shop turnkey solution.
Our works include the removal and disposal of existing fitments, plumbing, electrics, plastering, building works, tiling, flooring, installing windows and external and internal doors if required.
All of our tradesmen are fully qualified and have liability insurance to cover any unexpected eventuality.
If you are looking for supply only of items whether for a kitchen or bathrooms, we are happy to provide this for you. If you are a customer or self-employed kitchen or bathroom fitter, we can design and help you choose your kitchen and bathroom items.
A full plan will be produced for you to enable a seamless installation.
After your home design visit and once we have completed first draft plans of your design, we will invite you in to the showroom at a mutually convenient time to go through the design and quotation.
Using our latest CAD software we will produce your designs in full colour 3D so you can really see it come to life! Incorporating your requirements and using our extensive knowledge and experience of designing kitchens and bathrooms we will create a unique and individual space for you. We are able to work very interactively adjusting plans, moving units around and showing you options and limitations to help you create your vision. Utilising our display sets we can then show you first hand the products incorporated in your design. We will discuss the initial concepts and are happy to work with you to tailor to your needs. We can also advise on colour schemes pinpointing tones and colours matching in worktops, tiles and flooring.
During the appointment you will receive a detailed quotation based on the initial plans. Any variation in designs made will be adjusted and sent to you along with 3D visuals. Provisions will have been made for flooring and tiling cost estimates which may change when final decisions are made on these products.
There is a huge amount of choice in the products available which sometimes can seem a bit daunting. Our designers are here to help and guide you through the process of your new design so nothing will seem overwhelming with all the options you have open to you.
With a wealth of experience, we can offer advice and guidance on trends and fashions, colour schemes and styles. We can show you product samples which you can borrow to view in your own home. We have a portfolio of past installations to view and get ideas from.
When you are completely satisfied with your choices of products and installation requirements, we issue a deposit invoice to secure your installation date and your Confirmation of Order invoice will be sent once that is agreed.
You will be required to sign and return to us a copy of the Confirmation of Order paperwork agreeing the items, services and terms and conditions.
During the week before the installation date, we will contact you to confirm your start date, fitters and schedule. If a skip is required this will be ordered and will arrive on the first day and works will commence on the date agreed.
Your installation will be fully project managed by our team of professional and experienced individuals. They will coordinate the installation with each other to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Our team are always on hand to deal will any day to day queries as they arise and discuss with you any further decisions that need to be made. The overall project installation will be fully managed by our support team including our Managing Director who will liaise regularly with the team on a daily basis and conduct site visits as required.
We are always very proud of our projects. Seeing the design come to life is a great pleasure for us at House of Harmony. We pride ourselves in our exemplary customer service and we are always here should any issues arise after your installations. All our products have manufactures guarantees and warranties including the installation. Any certificates for the work will be given to you at the end of the project. After the project is complete, we would ask to take some final photos for marketing purposes.
