Next125 have created a number of standardised test series that guarantee the consistently high quality of Next125 kitchens so that you can enjoy your kitchen for longer!

Resistance to chemicals
Kitchen surfaces come into contact with a wide range of substances such as juices, acids, cleaning products and many more. This is why Next125 perform thorough resistance tests.
Heat test, dry and moist
This test provides information on resistance to heat. The temperature for testing worktops is up to 180°C. Colour, shine and resistance to blistering must be maintained.
Scratch resistance
Using force, a diamond tip is placed on a rotating furniture surface. The resulting scratches are then assessed accordingly.
Microscratch resistance
In the case of work surfaces, Next125 test resistance to microscratches, the resistance of matt surfaces to shiny patches and the resistance of high gloss surfaces to deadening.
Sun test
Surfaces are irradiated using a xenon arc lamp. After different lengths of time, ageing and any colour changes are inspected and assessed.
Endurance and long-term testing
Robot-based, long-term tests are carried out to test fittings for wear, with their life cycle being simulated in endurance tests involving exposure to continuous stress and strain.
Colour assurance
To ensure colour consistency, e.g. for
repeat orders, colours undergo permanent inspection with special measuring instruments.
